Privacy Policy

Denoura uses the details you give us to sell and deliver bags, to keep your account, and to answer you.

An account stores your email address and, if you enter them, your first and last name, plus the sign-in secret held by the account system. A guest checkout does not require an account.

An order stores the email address, the delivery address, the bags, and the currency and amounts quoted at checkout. Card numbers are entered in the card payment form. Denoura stores the payment status and reference.

If you search for an address, the search is sent to the address service for that country. You can also type the address yourself.

Necessary cookies remember the delivery country, the sign-in session, and your cookie choice. Analytics and advertising cookies are not used.

Order and account records are stored in the European Union. Email about an order is sent through the shop's email service.

You can ask for a copy of your account details, a correction, or deletion from the account page when you are signed in. A deletion request is marked pending. Orders and payment records are kept.
